How do we high-pressure clean?
Mildew spots must first be scrubbed with a bleach/mildewcide solution mixed with water before high-pressure washing can begin. This will kill fungus and mildew during the cleaning process.
High-Pressure wash is more complicated than simply connecting your garden hose to a pressure washer and turning the water on. Pressure washing requires some skill as well. Using pressure washers too aggressively could damage siding and paint. In fact, pressure washing shouldn’t be used on rock-dash stucco or fiber cement siding, all of which could be damaged.
